Family Transitions - separation and divorce (online and in person)
We’ve teamed up with Triple P – Positive Parenting Program to offer free courses to help you manage your child’s behaviour and support their emotional development, from birth to 18. These courses give you the tools for building strong relationships, handling challenges and encouraging positive behaviour.
This course is for parents who have been or are going through separation or divorce helps you manage the stress of your situation and support your children through it. You’ll learn ways to talk to your child about what’s happening and help them cope.
Online
The online course has 5 sections with videos and interactive activities that you can do in your own time on any device, and you’ll have access for 12 months.

In person
The in-person course runs over 5 weeks, and each session is 2 hours long. Lunch or dinner is provided, and travel and childcare costs can be provided dependent on need.

- Thursday 16 April to Thursday 14 May, 10am to 12.15pm, at Hampden Children's Centre, 80 Polygon Road, NW1 1HQ (opens in Google Maps)
- Tuesday 14 April to Tuesday 12 May, 5.45pm to 8pm, Crowndale Centre, 218 Eversholt Street, NW1 1BD (opens in Google Maps)
