The Incredible Years (in-person group)

The Incredible Years is a free 12-week group class for parents and carers of children aged 5 to 12. It offers practical and evidence-based strategies to support your child’s development.

It helps parents manage challenging behaviour, build stronger relationships, and encourage positive outcomes at home and at school.

Parents also learn ways to boost their child’s confidence, manage emotions, and develop social skills.

The sessions are run by Camden’s Mental Health Support Team, an early-intervention and school-based service that works with primary and secondary schools in Camden.

The next group starts on Tuesday 23 September, 10am to midday, at Regent’s Park Children’s Centre and Family Hub, Augustus Street, NW1 3TJ. It'll run for 12 weeks (excluding school holidays).
