Camden Baby Feeding Team drop-in sessions
You can meet other mums, dads and carers at our friendly baby feeding drop-ins.
Sessions take place in Camden Children's Centres & Family Hubs. You can get support from our team and ask any questions you have while you're there.

Online antenatal baby feeding information session
The Baby Feeding Team run an online antenatal baby feeding information session on the last Wednesday of every month.

The Baby Feeding Team run a regular online feeding support group on Wednesdays, 11am to midday.

One-to-one support
If you need one-to-one support or are unable to attend a group, we can visit you at home or talk over the phone.
To ask for support, call the Baby Feeding Team on 07808 891 260, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm. If you call outside of these hours and leave an answer phone message, we'll try to respond to you on the next working day.
Starting solid foods
When your baby is 6 months old, you should begin to introduce solid foods. The NHS website has weaning advice and tips. Our Starting Solids sessions can help you adjust and overcome common challenges.

If you need support on a weekend or outside of our team's working hours, call the National Breastfeeding Helpline on 0300 100 0212.
The helpline is open 7 days a week from 9.00am to 4.30pm. You can get support in a range of languages.
